Strategy

The school appointed Agus Nurjaman, a teacher who previously participated in the 21st Century Teacher program, as the facilitator. With full support from the school principal, SMK Gema Nusantara 5 Bandung continues to implement the program’s core values, ensuring that students are better prepared for real-world interactions beyond school. The school also introduced parenting classes to encourage positive communication between parents and students.

Results & Impact
