As the government institution tasked with coordinating and implementing the preparation, development, and management of human resources within the Ministry of Finance, the Human Resources Bureau found data indicating that 8.05% of employees were experiencing low commitment and low satisfaction at work. Based on this survey, the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Finance requested PeaceGen to provide training on the 12 Basic Values of Peace to strengthen employee character.
What is the Impact of the Collaboration Between the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Finance and PeaceGeneration Indonesia?
The 12 Basic Values of Peace training was conducted offline at the Bea and Excise Training Center in Rawamangun. The training was completed in eight batches, totaling approximately 560 employees of the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Finance. The results obtained from the training indicate that employees experienced an increase in their values after learning the new values from PeaceGen.
